Indicator not showing on my chart
01Verify your TradingView username matches exactly what you submitted
02Try removing and re-adding the indicator from your chart
03Clear browser cache and reload TradingView
04Allow up to 24 hours after purchase for access to be granted
No SETUP or CONFIRMED signals appearing
01Check that the indicator is enabled in chart settings
02Make sure you are on a supported timeframe (15M, 1H, or 4H recommended)
03Try a different instrument — XAUUSD 15M is the most active
04Signals only appear when market conditions are met — not every candle
Purchased but no access yet
01Check your email for our welcome message (including spam folder)
02Reply to the email with your exact TradingView username
03Access is granted within 24 hours of receiving your username
