Shyrocket is a digital product. Once TradingView access is granted, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy. Please review the Indicator details carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Shyrocket is a digital product — specifically, an invite-only TradingView indicator. Because access to the Indicator is granted digitally and immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered complete and final at the point of access being provided.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any standard circumstances. This policy applies to all plans:

• Monthly Plan

• Quarterly Plan

• Lifetime Plan

We strongly encourage all prospective buyers to review the Features, How It Works, and FAQ sections on our website thoroughly before purchasing. Why We Have This Policy

Unlike physical goods, digital products such as trading indicators cannot be "returned" once accessed. The Pine Script code, signal logic, and methodology are intangible assets that are fully delivered the moment you gain TradingView access.

Additionally, Shyrocket is an invite-only indicator — granting access requires manual action on our part and cannot be automatically reversed in a way that prevents prior use. For these reasons, all sales are final once access is granted.

For International Users — Waiver of Cooling-Off Rights

Certain jurisdictions provide statutory rights to cancel digital purchases within a cooling-off period:

• European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU

• United Kingdom: 14-day cancellation right under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

• Other jurisdictions may have similar rights

By completing your purchase on shyrocket.com and checking the acknowledgement box on our order page, you expressly:

• Request immediate delivery of the digital content (TradingView access)

• Acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase

• Waive your statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period

• Confirm that you understand this waiver is required to receive immediate access

If you do NOT wish to waive your cooling-off rights, do not check the acknowledgement box and do not complete the purchase. You may contact us at support@shyrocket.com to discuss your options.

For Indian Users

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (India), sellers are required to clearly disclose their refund policy before the point of purchase.

We hereby clearly disclose: Shyrocket does not offer refunds once TradingView access has been granted. This policy is displayed on our website and must be accepted before completing any purchase.

If you have a genuine grievance regarding a technical failure on our part that prevented access entirely, contact us at support@shyrocket.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

For unresolved consumer disputes, Indian users may contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

Exceptional Circumstances

We will consider refund requests only in the following exceptional and verifiable situations:

• Technical failure entirely on our part that permanently prevented TradingView access from being granted, AND the issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours of being reported

• Duplicate payment charged for the same order due to a payment gateway error

In these cases, contact support@shyrocket.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order details. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours.

We do not consider the following as grounds for a refund:

• The indicator did not perform as expected in your personal trading

• You changed your mind after purchase

• You purchased the wrong plan

• You did not use the Indicator after gaining access

• Market conditions were unfavourable during your subscription period

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly and Quarterly subscribers may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing support@shyrocket.com before their next renewal date.

• Cancellation stops all future billing immediately upon confirmation

• You retain full access to the Indicator until the end of your current paid period

• No refunds or credits are issued for the remaining days of any billing period

• Lifetime plan holders have permanent access — there is nothing to cancel

Access Revocation — No Refund

If your access is revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service — including but not limited to sharing access, attempting to redistribute the Indicator, or reverse-engineering the code — no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This applies regardless of how much time has passed since your purchase.
