Shyrocket is NOT a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or a SEBI Registered Research Analyst under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Shyrocket does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or buy/sell recommendations of any kind. The Indicator is a purely technical charting tool for self-directed traders, intended solely for educational and analytical purposes.

Shyrocket is not registered with any financial regulatory authority worldwide, including but not limited to the FCA (UK), SEC (USA), ASIC (Australia), MAS (Singapore), or CySEC (EU). Nothing on this website or within the Indicator constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument in any jurisdiction.

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Shyrocket TradingView indicator ("the Indicator"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users globally regardless of country of residence.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Indicator. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Shyrocket ("we", "us", "our").

2. Nature of the Service — Not Financial Advice

Shyrocket is a technical analysis charting indicator built in Pine Script for the TradingView platform. It identifies potential price structure shifts using algorithmic analysis of publicly available price data.

The Indicator is:

• A visual technical analysis tool for self-directed traders

• An educational resource for understanding market structure concepts

• A personal charting aid to assist in organizing your own analysis

The Indicator is NOT:

• Financial advice or investment advice of any kind

• A buy/sell signal service

• A guarantee of profit or specific trading outcomes

• A managed trading or portfolio service

• Regulated financial advice under any jurisdiction

All trading decisions made using the Indicator are entirely your own. You trade at your own risk.

3. SEBI Compliance — Indian Users

For users based in India:

Shyrocket is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or as a Research Analyst under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

Accordingly, Shyrocket:

• Does NOT provide investment advice under the SEBI Act, 1992

• Does NOT issue buy or sell recommendations on securities or derivatives

• Does NOT conduct regulated research on specific securities

• Does NOT manage client funds or portfolios

All outputs of the Indicator including SETUP, CONFIRMED, and EXIT labels are algorithmic observations based on price data only. They do not constitute regulated financial advice, research, or recommendations under Indian securities law.

Indian users who trade based on the Indicator's output do so entirely at their own risk and on the basis of their own independent judgement.

4. Global Regulatory Compliance

For users outside India:

Shyrocket is not registered with or regulated by any financial authority in any country including but not limited to:

• Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) — United Kingdom

• Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) — United States

• Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) — Australia

• Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) — Singapore

• Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) — European Union

• Financial Services Agency (FSA) — Japan

Users in all jurisdictions access and use the Indicator as a personal technical analysis tool only. Nothing within the Indicator or on shyrocket.com constitutes regulated financial advice, a regulated financial product, or an invitation to engage in regulated financial activity in any jurisdiction.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Indicator complies with the laws of your country of residence. If you are unsure, consult a qualified financial professional in your jurisdiction before using the Indicator.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments — including Forex, Cryptocurrencies, Gold (XAU/USD), Silver, and Global Indices — involves a substantial risk of loss.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Past performance of the Indicator is not indicative of future results

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital

• Leverage in Forex and Crypto markets can amplify losses significantly

• No indicator, strategy, or system can guarantee consistent profitability

• Market conditions can change rapidly and without warning

• Trading decisions made using the Indicator are entirely your sole responsibility

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. If you are not familiar with the risks of trading, seek professional financial advice before proceeding.

6. Eligibility

By purchasing Shyrocket, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal trading age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)

• You are legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your country of residence

• You understand that the Indicator is a technical tool and not regulated financial advice

• You are a self-directed trader making independent trading decisions

• Your use of the Indicator complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction

7. Invite-Only Access and Licence

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Indicator on a single TradingView account registered in your name.

You must NOT:

• Share your TradingView account credentials to provide others access to the Indicator

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Indicator in any form

• Use the Indicator on multiple TradingView accounts under a single purchase

• Attempt to copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the Pine Script source code

• Publish, reproduce, or share any part of the Indicator's code or logic

Violation of this clause results in immediate and permanent revocation of access without refund.

8. Payment and Plans

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) via Cashfree Payments.

Monthly Plan (₹1,199 / $15): Billed every 30 days. Renews automatically until cancelled.

Lifetime Plan (₹14,999 / $175): One-time payment. Permanent access including all future updates forever.

All sales are final. Once TradingView access is granted, no refunds are issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.

9. No Refund Policy — Digital Goods

All sales of Shyrocket are final.

Because Shyrocket is a digital product and TradingView access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered complete and final at the point of access being granted.

For International Users (EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with statutory cooling-off rights):

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the Indicator, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. This waiver is confirmed by your acceptance of these Terms and the checkbox on our order page.

For Indian Users:

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we are required to clearly disclose our refund policy before purchase. Our policy is: all sales are final once TradingView access is granted. This is clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.

In exceptional circumstances (technical failure on our part preventing access entirely), we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@shyrocket.com within 48 hours of purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Shyrocket indicator, including its Pine Script code, signal logic, branding, name, logo, and all associated content, are exclusively owned by Shyrocket. All rights reserved.

Your purchase grants a limited personal licence only. No ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Indicator or its associated materials under any circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction, Shyrocket and its owner shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or financial damages arising from use of the Indicator

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Missed trading opportunities or opportunity costs

• Technical issues with TradingView or third-party platforms outside our control

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages

Our total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Indicator in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@shyrocket.com before your next renewal date. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining unused period.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Primary Governing Law: These Terms are primarily governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and the SEBI Act 1992 (as applicable).

International Users: Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide rights that cannot be excluded by contract (such as EU consumer rights or UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), those rights remain unaffected by these Terms to the extent required by law.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication first — email support@shyrocket.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to any mandatory local remedies available to consumers in their home jurisdiction.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shyrocket regarding your use of the Indicator.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Indicator after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
